Short on time but still want results? This monthly package provides you with access to 12 live workouts per month that are all 20 MIN OR LESS! Get fit in less time using minimal equipment. This is ideal for those who travel frequently or who have a busy schedule and want me to do the planning! Schedule is consistant, but based on the instructor.

STRESS MAY BE IMPACTING YOUR WEIGHT
April was National Stress Awareness month (ya think?). All of us are under more stress than ever, and with that stress comes increases in Cortisol levels as well (our body's main stress hormone). Unfortunately those increased levels of stress often lead to overeating (and of course, your body won't be craving veggies and the other healthy stuff).

It is important to learn ways to manage your stress, as opposed to trying to completely get rid of it. Check out this article from ACE on ways you can manage stress and the positive effects it will have your immune system, digestion, and your waistline!
WHY AM I NOT LOSING WEIGHT?
THE PLATEAU PROBLEM
Ok, this is a question I get almost daily from clients. My answer usually goes like this: "Do you want the real answer, or do you want me to tell you what you want to hear?" In all honesty, you are probably doing a lot of things right, but here are a few common areas that could need addressing:

You are TOO obsessed with food and exercise (yes, it's a thing).
You don't get enough sleep and your hormones are pissed at you!
You are eating too little or not enough variety. Or, you are not being honest about what you ARE eating (it's ok, we all do it - often it is just that we are not conscious about our decisions).
You are exercising too much (Adding more and more cardio isn’t necessarily better—you eventually reach a point of diminishing returns).
You aren't lifting enough WEIGHT - weight training will boost your metabolism faster than marathon cardio sessions!
